TWO people have been taken to hospital following a collision between three vehicles.
Emergency services were called to Nacton Road in Ipswich shortly after 10.50am.
On arrival they found a three car crash, with one person left trapped inside one of the vehicles.
Using hydraulic cutting equipment, crews removed the roof off one of the cars and ensured that the surrounding area was safe.
A spokeswoman for the ambulance service said that two people had been taken to hospital with spine and neck injuries.
Three people were assessed but did not require further treatment.
