East Anglian motor dealer John Grose has been awarded Dealer of the Year at the LeasePlan UK 2015 Supplier Awards.

The John Grose Business Centre team, which operates from the Ransomes Europark dealership in Ipswich, has worked with LeasePlan, the world’s leading provider of fleet management services, for many years, supplying new vehicles for clients across the UK.

The Dealer of the Year award scores vehicle dealers on customer satisfaction and delivery experience criteria, such as handover satisfaction and vehicle condition on handover, and administration factors like order lead times and how enquiries have been dealt with. John Grose has achieved a perfect score of 100% now for a consecutive six-month period and is also the only dealer to have received the award three times.

John Grose Business Centre manager Liam Hart, who attended the LeasePlan UK Supplier Conference, said of receiving the accolade: “I am truly honoured to receive this award on behalf of my very loyal and passionate Business Centre team. Their attention to detail to achieve these results for a full year can be described in one word – exceptional.

“We have a fantastic working relationship with LeasePlan and we will always be grateful to them for their continued support.”

John Grose Business Centre offers a complete vehicle solution to companies of all types and sizes in the UK, and tailors its service to the specific needs of the business.
