Two people have been rescued after the car they were in crashed into a BP petrol station shop.
Fire crews were called to the station at Kelvedon on the A12 at about 12.50pm.
Petrol pumps and the power supply to the shop were both isolated as crews work to release the casualties.
Crews used two sets of cutting equipment to release both casualties by around 1.45pm.
A spokesman for the ambulance service said two patients with minor injuries were taken to Broomfield Hospital.
