Police have charged a man in connection with a burglary in Aldeburgh Picture: ARCHANT

A man from Leiston has been charged in connection with a burglary at a property in Aldeburgh earlier this year.

On October 16 a property in Crescent Road was broken into and an amount of cash and jewellery stolen.

32-year-old Daniel Beresford of Seaward Avenue, Leiston, was charged with burglary on December 24.

Beresford appeared before Ipswich Magistrates’ Court yesterday, December 26, where he was remanded pending a further hearing to take place at Ipswich Crown Court at a later date.
