A watch worth £4,500 is believed to have been stolen, police have said.
An Omega Speedmaster is believed to have been taken from a property in The Street, Little Clacton, between midnight on August 17 and 8.50pm on August 24.
The watch is a 1982 model in 18 carat gold with a mark at the one o’clock position on the body of the watch.
It has a white face with gold numerals, a stopwatch function with three dials and a brown leather strap.
