Crews in Lowestoft were called to Castleton Close at 7.35pm today and battled a blaze in a living room.
Wearing breathing apparatus and using hose reel jets, the blaze was brought under control by 8.10pm.
Two teens, aged 14 and 15, were treated by paramedics for smoke inhalation. No one was taken to hospital.
Meanwhile crews were called to a cooker blaze in Goldsmith Road, Ipswich, at 7.23pm, but the cooker had already been put out on arrival.
They ventilated the property before leaving the scene shortly before 7.35pm.
