POLICE have named a woman who died following a road traffic collision in Lowestoft on Friday.
Police were called just before 11am to the incident on Parkside Drive, Lowestoft, following reports that a Toyota Avensis car hit a pedestrian.
She received serious head and leg injuries and was taken by ambulance to James Paget Hospital where she died.
Police have named her as Norah Smith, 89, from Parkside Drive, Lowestoft.
Any witnesses can call Pc Danny Ormes at Suffolk Police’s Roads Policing Unit at Martlesham Headquarters on 101.
