Lowestoft, leading 3-0 from the first leg, went through 4-3 on aggregate against favourites Whitley Bay.
It looked bleak for the Trawler Boys when they conceded three goals in the opening 20 minutes of Saturday's second leg, but the Suffolk side held them at bay for the remainder of the match to book their place in the final.
Needham, trailing 3-2 from the first leg against Kirkham & Wesham, lost 1-0 in the second leg to a goal in stoppage timeas they were unable to make it an all-Suffolk final.
