Super Blues fans got behind the #MakeSomeNoise campaign and cheered on Town to their first win of the season at Portman Road at the weekend.

Saturday was “Sir Bobby Robson National Football Day”, with the FA using the late, great manager’s name to promote a series of events across the country.

And, fittingly, all three of Town’s second half goals to defeat Millwall 3-0 came in front of the Sir Bobby Robson Stand as the Blues overcame defeats at Reading and Stevenage to kick-start their campaign at their first home clash. Fans were given 10,000 free clap-banners by the EADT, Ipswich Star, Ipswich Town Football Club and William H. Brown estate agents.
