POLICE have arrested a 65-year-old man in connection with an incident where two men were shot with an air weapon following another incident in which a 12-year-old boy was hurt.
POLICE have arrested a 65-year-old man in connection with an incident where two men were shot with an air weapon following another incident in which a 12-year-old boy was hurt.
A 61-year-old man and a 28-year-old man received wounds to their arms in the first incident in Lowestoft High Street at about 5am on September 25.
Police were contacted on October 18, regarding an incident that happened at about 6.30pm in the High Street where a 12-year-old boy was shot in the leg. He was taken to the James Paget Hospital where he had surgery to have the pellet removed.
The 65-year-old man was subsequently arrested and interviewed in connection with all three offences. He has now been bailed to return to Lowestoft police station on November 26 pending further enquiries.
