A 25-year-old man has been charged with the theft of three bronze Roman coins from a Suffolk field.
Police this morning revealed that Andrew Chamberlain, of Front Way, King's Lynn, Norfolk, had been charged with theft and is due to appear before magistrates at Bury St Edmunds on Tuesday.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the charge was in connection with a theft on April 5 from a field in Icklingham, near Mildenhall, which is a scheduled monument site of archaeological interest
