A man who was arrested following an incident in Elmswell on Tuesday morning has been charged with dangerous driving.
Daniel Patrick Finch, 26, was remanded in custody overnight and is due to appear before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds this morning.
He had been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder but has been bailed in relation to that allegation until April 1.
The incident happened in Ashfield Road, Elmswell at around 8.45am.
