A SUFFOLK man has been accused of the murder of a four-week-old baby.Duncan Mills, 31, of London Road, Ipswich, has tonight been charged with the murder of the boy, believed to be called Luigi.
A SUFFOLK man has been accused of the murder of a four-week-old baby.
Duncan Mills, 31, of London Road, Ipswich, has tonight been charged with the murder of the boy, believed to be called Luigi.
He has also been charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm, relating to a woman.
He will appear before Ipswich magistrates tomorrow morning.
A 22-year-old woman who was arrested on Monday in connection with the investigation has been released without charge.
