Man charged with murder of baby

A SUFFOLK man has been accused of the murder of a four-week-old baby.Duncan Mills, 31, of London Road, Ipswich, has tonight been charged with the murder of the boy, believed to be called Luigi.

Duncan Mills, 31, of London Road, Ipswich, has tonight been charged with the murder of the boy, believed to be called Luigi.
He has also been charged with assault causing grievous bodily harm, relating to a woman.
He will appear before Ipswich magistrates tomorrow morning.
