A 36-year-old Suffolk man is due to appear before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds on Monday morning charged with two sexual offences.
A 36-year-old Suffolk man is due to appear before magistrates in Bury St Edmunds on Monday morning charged with two sexual offences.
Michael Collyer, of Hundon Place in Haverhill, was charged with sexual assault following an incident on the old railway line in the town on July 24th 2008.
He has also been charged with attempted sexual assault. He remains in police custody before Monday's court appearance.
