A SUFFOLK man today denied murdering Mary Griffiths, of Bury St Edmunds after police found a woman with fatal injuries at her home.
A SUFFOLK man today denied murdering Mary Griffiths, of Bury St Edmunds after police found a woman with fatal injuries at her home.
John McFarlane, 40, also of Bury St Edmunds, pleaded not guilty to murder when he appeared at Ipswich Crown Court.
Ms Griffiths, 38, died in West Suffolk Hospital, after she was discovered at her house in Bullrush Crescent on May 6 this year.
No date has been set as yet for McFarlane's trial.
