A man will appear in Colchester Magistrates’ Court this morning charged with several sexual offences.
Peter Ferguson, 42, of Keelers Way, Great Horkesley, is charged with allegedly committing three sexual offences in the Highwoods area of Colchester.
Ferguson will face one charge of sexual assault by penetration, one charge of sexual touching and one charge of trespass with the intention of committing a sexual offence.
All offences are alleged to have happened at a property in Highwoods on Friday, September 21.
