Witnesses are needed after a man pulled his trousers down in front of a group of boys in Lowestoft.
It happened around the junction of Clements Street and Norwich Road at around 5.30pm on March 3.
The suspect, not known to the boys, is described as being in his early 20s, about 5ft and wearing dark jogging bottoms and a hooded jumper.
The man did not talk to the boys and nobody was injured.
