A man has been taken to Ipswich Hospital with a suspected fractured hip after being involved in a collision with a van in Framlingham.
A police spokesman said they were notified of the incident at 11.55am, and that the man was believed to be in his 60s.
Police had left the scene at 12.40pm.
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service Trust said: “The East of England Ambulance Service Trust was called to a report of a collision involving a pedestrian and a van in Market Hill, Framlingham, at 11.51am today.
One ambulance crew attended to treat a 60-year-old man, who was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment.”
