A motorcyclist suffered a serious leg injury during a crash in a west Suffolk village.
The incident happened at around 6.41pm on Thursday, July 5 in Mildenhall Road, Icklingham and involved no other vehicles.
A spokesperson for the Suffolk Accident Rescue Service (SARS) said: “A volunteer critical care team from SARS charity was mobilised to attend a serious road traffic collision involving a motorcyclist this evening.
“The SARS team, working alongside paramedics from the East of England Ambulance, assessed a male patient in his forties who had suffered a serious leg injury,
“The SARS team sedated the patient at the scene and then accompanied him by land ambulance to hospital.”
