A motorbike was in collision with a car on the A12 earlier today.
It happened near the junction for Capel St Mary at around 9am.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said the road was closed while the incident was dealt with but reopened quite quickly.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital by ambulance.
