A taxi driver has been charged with murder after a man died following a collision with a car on Saturday evening.
Detectives have today charged Nasser Rezaie, 63, of Petersfield, Chelmsford, with murder.
He is due to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court this morning.
The dead man has bene identified as Allan Frampton, 60, of Hatfield Peverel.
He died after the incident in Osea Way, Chelmsford.
