Greater Anglia’s new summer timetable comes into force on May 20 with extra trains between the region and London and on the Ipswich to Peterborough route.
There are two extra trains every Sunday in each direction on the Great Eastern Main Line to London and an extra train in each direction every Sunday between Ipswich and Peterborough.
Meanwhile there are more rail engineering works on the main line to London over the coming bank holiday weekend.
On Sunday the line will be closed between Ingatestone and London and passengers will have to use a bus replacement service from that station to Newbury Park Central Line station to get to London.
There are also bus replacements service between Ipswich station and both Woodbridge and Felixstowe from Saturday night until normal trains resume next Tuesday morning.
