The East Anglian Air Ambulance was called to Oakley, Suffolk, this morning.
A woman in her 30s had suffered a medical incident.
The air medical team were called at 9.28am and landed on a field close to the patient.
She was taken by land ambulance to Ipswich Hospital, in a critical condition.
