HANNAH Mills and Saskia Clark have lost their battle for gold in the women’s 470 class in the Olympics today.
World champions Clark, 32, from West Mersea, and Mills entered the medal race top of the standings alongside New Zealand’s Jo Aleh and Olivia Powrie.
But it was the New Zealand pairing who won the race in Weymouth and took the gold medal as Britain collected their fourth sailing silver of London 2012.
