Fire crews took around half an hour to bring a house fire in Orford under control.
It was reported at an address in Daphne Road at about 6pm today, and crews from Orford and Saxmundham were sent.
The fire is understood to have involved a pile of logs next to a burner, and resulted in the single-storey building being heavily smoke-logged.
The firefighters used breathing apparatus as they put out the fire, and then spent around half an hour ventilating the home.
