A main road in Suffolk is set to be closed until Friday evening following work to repair a water leak.
The A1120 in Pettaugh, near Stonham Aspal, is closed eastbound at the Ipswich Way junction as Anglian Water contractors finish repair work at the site.
A water leak on the road reported on Tuesday was repaired on the following day, an Anglian Water spokesman said.
She said no properties were affected, adding work to finish returning the road to its original state – including reapplying the tarmac – will not finish until around 5.30pm on Friday.
Diversions are operation via the A140, B1078 and B1077.
