POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man from Sudbury who has been missing for more than a week.

POLICE are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of a man from Sudbury who has been missing for more than a week.

Stuart Rivers, 44, was last seen at 4.45pm on Thursday, March 12, when he left his home at The Croft. He has not been heard from since and police said it was out of character for Mr Rivers to go missing in this way.

Mr Rivers is described as white, 6ft tall, of stocky build with short dark brown hair and stubble and dark framed glasses.

He was wearing a yellow football shirt, a dark jacket and dark trousers when he was last seen.

Mr Rivers has contacts in Bury St Edmunds and Stowmarket. He is considered very vulnerable and police are anxious to trace him.
