Police are investigating two burglaries that took place in Bury St Edmunds.

The first took place in Mill Road between 4pm and 7pm on Thursday, December 18, where an offender entered a house and stole a number of items, including a suitcase, Macbook Pro laptop, iPad 2, Xbox One console and Xbox 360.

The second incident, which also took place on December 18 between 4pm and 8pm, happened when an offender entered a house in Bell Meadow, and stole jewellery and cash.
