Police have released CCTV of two men they want to question after an assault in Haverhill.

A 21-year-old man was assaulted and taken to hospital with minor injuries after the incident in High Street between 2.30am and 2.45am on May 31.

The attack is believed to have taken place across the road from Boots.

Police would like to speak to the two men circled in the CCTV image about this incident. Both men are believed to be aged in their mid to late 20s.

The first is described as around 5ft 8ins tall, of a medium to stocky build, with short blonde or fair hair. He was wearing a white t-shirt with dark patterned sleeves and a logo/writing on the front, dark-coloured trousers and black trainers.

The second man is described as being 6ft tall, of a large build, with short dark hair. He was wearing a dark short-sleeved shirt, with dark horizontal stripes, blue jeans and dark shoes.
