Police would like to trace two people captured on CCTV following a theft from a chemists in Witham in Essex.

A man and a woman entered Boots Chemist on Newland Street at around 4pm on Monday, October 30, and removed products from the shelves totalling a three-figure sum.

According to a spokesman for Essex Police, the pair then left the shop with the items without attempting to make payment.

Officers from Essex Police are keen to speak with the man and woman captured on CCTV in relation to the shop theft.

Anyone who recognises either of the two people, has details about them or has any information that could assist officers in their investigation of the theft is asked to contact Braintree police station on 101.
