Essex Police are trying to find Sergeant after he failed to appear in court on Wednesday for a trial.

Sergeant, 23, of Bellfield Avenue in Brightlingsea was due to appear at Chelmsford Crown Court yesterday, Wednesday, June 27, but failed to appear and was found guilty in his absence of affray.

Sergeant was convicted following an incident in Victoria Place, Brightingsea, at around 11.15pm on Monday, June 6, after a glass was thrown at a man, who then cut his knee on glass.

He is described as being 5ft 7ins tall and has connections with Clacton.
