POLICE have released details and a picture of a motorcyclist with connections in Suffolk who is wanted for a number of motoring offences.

Kevin Snoad was arrested by Essex Police in May last year at a petrol station in Sible Hedingham after originally failing to stop for police on the A131 near Braintree.

Officers from the force's Air Support Unit helped road policing officers stop the 35-year-old, whose last address was in Haverhill.

He was subsequently released on police bail pending further enquiries, but has failed to return and keep his appointment.

Investigating Officer, Pc Simon French, said: “He was due to see me last summer. My colleagues and I have endeavoured to locate him, but he is giving us the run-around.

“He was last in Haverhill, but could have moved to another part of Suffolk. As a result, we're hoping residents and motorists who know where he is will contact us.”

Mr Snoad is described as white, approximately 5ft9in tall and of slim build. He has a short, cropped beard and a greasy ponytail. He has a surgical scar on his left arm and another on his right wrist.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Essex Police on 0300 333 4444.
