PRIME Minister Gordon Brown has publicly confirmed on television tonight that he will be holidaying in Suffolk this summer - saying he had been lured by the county's golden sands.
Speaking on The One Show on the BBC, Mr Brown told Adrian Chiles and Christine Bleakley that Suffolk was wonderful for the sand and a good place to take his family.
Speculation had mounted that Mr Brown would take his vacation in Southwold this summer.
