Essex Police has been made aware of technical issues with its non-emergency 101 number this morning.
A statement released by the force this morning said: “We would like to apologise to anyone who is experiencing an issue when trying to call us on the non-emergency number.
“Our technical staff are working with the service provider to get these issues resolved as soon as possible.”
