Rail passengers heading to London faced a morning of delays after problems at Manningtree and Bentley.
TRAIN services between Ipswich and Manningtree were today been disrupted due to overhead wire problems in the Bentley area.
London bound train services were delay for up to an hour this morning and passengers faced timetable alterations and cancellations.
Rail users also cam up against delays of up to 20 minutes this morning after a freight train broke down at Manningtree.
Train services on all routes via Manningtree were disrupted for an hour from around 6.30am and passengers travelling between Liverpool Street and Norwich warned to expect short notice alterations, cancellations and delays.
