After unprecedented demand for tickets, Gervais has announced new dates and is scheduled to perform at the Ipswich Regent on March 27 and 28.
Fame is the third live show that Gervais has toured and it is full of anecdotes and autobiographical details, allowing him to deconstruct everyday life, his promoters said.
But everyday life for Gervais now sees him famous in nearly a hundred countries and mixing with stars, such as David Bowie and Ben Stiller.
Fame has already become the fastest-selling comedy tour in history with 50,000 tickets for the first leg going in nine minutes.
Tickets for the dates on the second leg of the tour, which will see him visit Plymouth, Cardiff, Blackpool, Birmingham, Manchester, Sunderland and Brighton as well as Ipswich, will go on sale from 10am on Tuesday January 16 and will be available from the Ipswich Regent's box office.
