A woman had to be rescued from the River Lark, in Bury St Edmunds, today by fire crews from town.
Three crews were called to Rushbrooke Lane at 1.30pm this lunchtime to reports that she was waist deep in the water and had to be assisted to the river bank.
Crews left the scene at 2.05pm.
