A DRIVER and their passenger had a lucky escape today when a car ploughed into a wall.
A DRIVER and their passenger had a lucky escape today when a car ploughed into a wall.
The pair were travelling in a silver Toyota Avensis when it left Ixworth Road at Norton at 3.15am.
The road was blocked following the crash and police and ambulance officers were called.
The two inside the car were said to be shaken but did not suffer serious injuries. One was taken to West Suffolk Hospital.
The vehicle was recovered and the road reopened by 4.30am.
