The B1080 road between Holbrook and Stutton is currently closed after the two vehicle collision at about 8.43am.
Suffolk police said a red Renault and a gold Toyota were involved in the accident.
Ambulance crews have been called to reports of a male casualty believed to be suffering knee injuries.
A police spokesman said it is likely the road will remain closed for some time.
