A gas leak from a Land Rover which blocked the B1113 near Stowmarket for nearly four hours today has been cleared by firefighters
Two fire crews were sent to deal with leak of liquid petroleum gas outside Roots and Shoots nursery at Badley just before 2.20pm.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire Service said part of the tank of the Land Rover had become detached leading to the LPG leak.
Firefighters called for an explosimeter to monitor the situation, before taking the tank to Calor Gas in Saxham shortly before 6pm.
