Two push bikes have fallen off a vehicle on the southbound carriageway of the A11 at Elveden.
In the same area, two vehicles - a Ford Fiesta and a camper van - have collided near the Fiveways roundabout.
A rolling road block was put in place by Suffolk police at 2.55pm while officers deal with the incidents.
No one is believed to be injured, a police spokeswoman said.
Motorists are advised to avoid the area.
