MANAGERS of a shop on the royal estate of Sandringham have apologised after it was found selling golliwog toys.
The discovery comes in the wake of Carol Thatcher's sacking from a BBC show after she referred to a tennis player as a golliwog.
The toys, which were priced at 9.99 each and were on sale for more than a year, have now been withdrawn from sale.
