Rubbish fire at primary school

FIREFIGHTERS put out a rubbish fire in the grounds of an Ipswich primary school.

Crews were called to Willows Primary School in Fitzwilliam Close at 12.35am today after reports of a blaze on the playing field.

A crew from Princes Street fire station put out the small fire using buckets of water and water backpacks.
