A 47-YEAR-OLD man has been charged with causing death by careless driving following a collision with a cyclist, police have confirmed.
Darren Baker, of Manor Gardens, Saxmundham, will now appear before magistrates in Lowestoft on Thursday, December 27.
Cyclist David Noy died as a result of the collision, which happened just before 7.45am on Wednesday, January 4 on the B1121, which links Saxmundham to the neighbouring village of Benhall,
Mr Noy, 64, from Saxmundham, died the day after the accident at Addenbrookes Hospital in Cambridge.
