Detectives are releasing descriptions of two men they want to speak to following a robbery in a Co-op store in Colchester.
Essex Police are investigating reports a suspect went into the shop in Fivefields Court, Greenstead, wearing a white ski mask at around 9.20pm yesterday.
Officers believe the man, said to have been armed with a pair of scissors, held them to a woman’s throat and stole a black till casette from inside.
He left on a mountain bike with a second man, who had been waiting outside.
No-one was injured during the incident.
Now police have released descriptions of the pair with a view to tracing them.
The first man is almost 6ft tall and slim. He was wearing a black jacket, black tracksuit trousers and black trainers with a black cap, grey gloves and a white ski mask.
The second suspect, who stood at the door, is in his mid-40s and was wearing a black hooded coat with horizontal stripes and a yellow lining. He was wearing the hood up and had grey tracksuit trousers on.
