A 22-year-old man has been charged with attempted robbery in connection with an incident in Clacton earlier this week.
Scott Cotier, of no fixed address, is due to appear in court today to face charges of possessing of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and of attempted robbery.
The charges relate to an alleged incident in High Street, Clacton, on Monday.
Cotier is set to appear at Colchester Magistrates’ Court today.
