Police are appealing for witnesses after a shot gun was stolen during a burglary in Long Melford.
It happened in Borley Road between 7pm and 8pm on Monday (October 5).
Someone broke into a property, made an untidy search and stole a Baikal 12-bore side-by-side shot gun and an amount of cash.
Anyone with information relating to this crime should contact Ipswich CID quoting SU/15/2416 on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111.
