RAIL journeys between London and Ipswich have been delayed this evening by up to half an hour.
The disruption has been caused by a signalling problem between Liverpool Street and Shenfield and is effecting mainline services from the capital to Norwich.
Delays of up to 30 minutes are expected to last until around 9pm.
London Underground Central Line services are also disrupted because of 24 hour industrial action.
