Firefighters were called to rescue four adults and two children who become trapped in a lift.
A crew from Bury St Edmunds was called to Marks & Spencers in the Buttermarket at 4.50pm yesterday.
On arrival, the crew assessed the motor room and reset the lift car allowing the people inside to be released. No one was hurt in the incident and the crews were back at base by 5.30pm.
