HUNDREDS of runners put their best foot forward for this year’s Adnams 10k.
Racegoers were treated to glorious sunshine as they stepped out for the run, which took place yesterday in Southwold.
The course started at the Harbour Inn and finished opposite The Red Lion on South Green.
Piers Arnold, from the City of Norwich Athletic Club, crossed the line in first place, with a finishing time of 32 minutes and 50 seconds.
